Dr. Perepu has been a clinician educator for over 10 years and served in several leadership roles at institutional and national levels. Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in the creation of novel curriculums for various levels of trainees. This web-based chemotherapy education curriculum was initially piloted for hematology/oncology fellows at the University of Iowa and later expanded nationwide. This curriculum addresses gaps in chemotherapy training caused by the shift to computerized order entry and incorporates simulation-based learning, aligning with ACGME educational standards.
